    Five-year outcomes of endovascular aortic repair at 108 Military Central Hospital

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the results of endovascular surgery to treat aortic disease at 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: We conducted a prospective descriptive study of 69 patients undergoing stent graft at 108 Military Central Hospital from 12/2016 to 03/2021. Result: Endpoints: Technical success rate 100% (n = 69); Survival: n = 65 (94.2%); Target vessel patency: n = 67 (97.1%); Re-intervention n = 0 (0%); 30-day in-hospital mortality: n = 3 (4.3%), Endoleak: n = 2 (2.8%), spinal cord ischemia: n = 2 (2.8%), Stroke: n = 2 (2.8%), Infection: n = 1 (1.4%). Conclusion: Endovascular repair to treat aortic disease is a safe and highly effective method. The procedure should be considered in the Hybrid operation room and performed by cardiovascular surgeon- interventional cardiologist.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả 4 năm phương pháp đặt stent graft tại Khoa Phẫu thuật Tim mạch - Viện Tim mạch- Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Từ tháng 12 năm 2016 đến tháng 12 năm 2020, Khoa Phẫu thuật Tim mạch - Viện Tim mạch - Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 đã điều trị 57 bệnh nhân mắc bệnh lý động mạch chủ bằng phương pháp đặt stent graft. Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, can thiệp theo dõi dọc. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ thành công về mặt kỹ thuật 57 (100%), tỷ lệ sống sót: 54 (94,7%), tỷ lệ thông mạch: 55 (96,5%), tỷ lệ can thiệp lại: 0 (0%). Tỷ lệ tử vong trong 30 ngày: 3 (5,3%), rò stent graft: 2 (3,5%), thiếu máu tuỷ: 2 (3,5%), đột quỵ não: 1 (1,8%), nhiễm trùng: 1 (1,8%). Kết luận: Trong điều trị bệnh lý động mạch chủ, phương pháp đặt stent graft là phương pháp an toàn và hiệu quả cao. Để điều trị triệt để bệnh lý động mạch chủ bằng phương pháp đặt stent graft, phẫu thuật nên được thực hiện trên bàn hybrid và do các bác sĩ ngoại khoa tim mạch thực hiện.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu: So sánh kết quả đánh giá giai đoạn ung thư biểu mô (UTBM) trực tràng giữa cộng hưởng từ (CHT) so với giải phẫu bệnh (GPB). Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu được tiến hành dưới dạng mô tả cắt ngang, chọn mẫu thuận tiện trên 109 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán UTBM trực tràng được phẫu thuật cắt trực tràng triệt căn tại Trung tâm Phẫu thuật Đại trực tràng - Tầng sinh môn, Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức từ tháng 10/2016 đến tháng 05/2019. Kết quả: CHT có mối tương quan với GPB về giai đoạn T (p 〈 0,001). Hạn chế đánh giá giai đoạn sớm (T1), độ chính xác trong đánh giá mức độ xâm lấn thành trực tràng của khối u (giai đoạn T) là 71,56%. Không ghi nhận có tương quan trong chẩn đoán hạch di căn giữa kết quả CHT và GPB. Kết quả tốt trong đánh giá xâm lấn diện cắt chu vi (CRM- Circumferential resection margin), xâm lấn mạch máu, bạch huyết, thần kinh (EMVI). Kết luận: CHT có khả năng đánh giá tốt mức độ xâm lấn của u, diện cắt chu vi (CRM) và xâm lấn mạch máu, bạch huyết, thần kinh (EMVI- extramural vascular invasion). Nên ứng dụng CHT rộng rãi trong đánh giá giai đoạn trước mổ của ung thư trực tràng để quyết định lựa chọn phương pháp điều trị phù hợp.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả phục hồi chức năng khớp vai ở bệnh nhân viêm quanh khớp điều trị kết hợp bằng hệ thống máy tập robot Contrex MJ. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Chúng tôi đã đánh giá 62 bệnh nhân (n = 62) viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần và thể đông cứng trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 06/2016 đến tháng 05/2017. Đánh giá dựa trên các chỉ tiêu về mức độ đau, mức độ giới hạn tầm vận động khớp. Kết quả và kết luận: Có sự cải thiện đáng kể về mức độ đau và tầm vận động khớp sau thời gian điều trị từ 5 đến 15 ngày, không có trường hợp nào xảy ra biến chứng.

    Abstract: Objective: To assess the efficacy of shoulder rehabilitation program incorporating exercise with Contrex MJ robot in patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis. Subject and method: We evaluated a total of 62 patients (n = 62) suffered from the non-specific shoulder pain and frozen shoulder, who were admitted to our medical institution between June of 2016 and May of 2017. In these patients, the efficacy outcome measures were improved in Visual Analogue Scale, Range of motion. Result and conclusion: There were improvements of periarthritis humeroscapularis from five to fifteen day treatment period (p=0.04), there were not any cases with complications in our subjects.
