    Abstract: A simplified dynamic response model is proposed based on the deformation and dynamic stress response characteristics of soil under impact loading. The foundation is divided into two distinct zones: a projection cylinder acting vertically under impact loading and a hollow cylinder outside the projection area. It is assumed that the ramming deformation of the projected cylinder under the vertical impact load is a quasi-static loading process under the maximum contact dynamic stress through the quasi-static method, and the settlement calculation without lateral deformation is given. It is assumed that the inner wall of the hollow cylinder is subjected to horizontal lateral pressure and the analytical solution of the horizontal dynamic stress considering the plastic deformation of soil is given. The simplified dynamic response model can reflect the mechanical response of soil under impulse train load well which can provide reference for similar projects.

    Abstract: Roadway floor rock burst is an important manifestation of rock bursts in deeply buried mines. With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity, rock burst disasters in the roadway floor such as floor heaves are becoming more serious. The article investigated the roadway floor severe heave caused by floor rock burst during excavation of the No. 3401 working face, which was controlled by an anticlinal structure and deep mining in Shandong Mine, China. Firstly, by analyzing geological conditions of the working face, roadway support parameters, and characteristics of coal and rock, it was revealed that high tectonic stress and high crustal stress were main causes of the floor rock burst. Secondly, based on the Theory of Mechanics and Theory of Energy, the energy conversion process in the roadway floor was discussed, and the rock burst condition caused by elastic energy in the roadway floor was analyzed. The failure characteristics of roadway-surrounding rock were also inspected, using a borehole recorder. The roof and sidewalls of roadway mainly contained fissures and cracks, whereas cracks and broken areas are distributed in the roadway floor. Finally, based on the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway-surrounding rock, a method termed “overbreaking-bolting and grouting-backfill” was proposed to control roadway floor rock burst. The method was tested in the field, and the results showed that it could effectively control the deformation of roadway floor and rock burst, guaranteeing the stability of roadway floor. This impact control method for the roadway floor can provide a reference for the prevention and control of roadway rock burst in mines with similar geological conditions.

    Abstract: To study the vibration response of the layered medium under impact loading, single-layer concrete slabs, multilayer concrete slabs, and multilayer concrete slabs with a cemented filling layer were used as the working media to simulate the layered medium. A large number of impact loading tests were carried out by using a simple drop hammer device designed by us. The experimental results indicate that, under the impact load, the vibration response of the surface of the medium decreases with the increase in the distance to the impact source, showing the law of fast attenuation near field and slow attenuation far field, and the vibration energy moves to the low-frequency component; the vibration response increases with the increase in the impact energy, and the difference in the vibration response caused by the impact energy decreases as the distance increases; the vibration response is negatively correlated with the thickness of the dielectric layer, and the divergence of vibration response caused by impact energy decreases with the increase in the thickness of the dielectric layer. Due to the existence of the free surface and bedding, the vibration response of the layered medium surface increases with the increase in the number of layers and the vibration velocity response increases with the increase in the distance to the impact source when it is close to the free surface and far from the vibration source. For the filling of the cemented layer, the vibration response of the layered concrete slab becomes more complex under impact loading, showing obvious disorder. At the same time, this paper also used the dimensional analysis method to establish the calculation model of the peak response of vibration velocity of layered media under the impact load, which provided an idea for determining the peak response of vibration velocity of the layered media.

    Abstract: The mechanical behaviors of granular materials have high complexity. Since the mechanical behaviors of granular materials are difficult to describe theoretically, in this paper, the flow and fracture characteristics of granular materials were discussed by the experimental method. An experimental method was firstly proposed to identify the mechanical behaviors of granular materials under extra loading. An experimental device, which can be used to monitor force and displacement between particles, was invented. The uniaxial compression experiments of granular particles with different materials and grades were carried out, and the overall and local force between particles was obtained and investigated. Due to the flow of particles, the overall force rises in a fluctuating manner and the local force is not distributed evenly. Then, the particle fragments were sieved layer by layer. It was confirmed that the particles and loading strength have great influences on fractures of granular materials.

    Abstract: Diabetes foot ulcer (DFU) is a serious complication of diabetes, characterized by impaired vascular function, limited angiogenesis, and chronic inflammation. Direct stem cell injection on treating DFU is far from satisfactory in clinical practice, as this therapy neither protects nor localizes the injected cell suspension at the chronic ulcer site. Meanwhile, most of injected cells gradually perished within several days due to senescence or apoptosis. Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) has the potential to act as excellent cell delivery vehicles, considering it is highly biomimetic to native dermal tissue, has low immunogenicity, and suitable for stem cell attachment and proliferation. Hypoxia culture has significantly enhanced effects on the survival ability of in vitro cultured stem cells, indicating this culture mode is a suitable way for inhibiting the senescence or apoptosis of transplanted cells. In the current study, we, respectively, culture adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) on an ADM membrane under a hypoxia or normoxia condition to construct two kinds of tissue-engineered dressing membranes (H-ADSCs/ADM and N-ADSCs/ADM) and then comparatively evaluated their efficacy on DFU healing using a diabetic rat model. In vitro results showed that hypoxia precondition could stimulate the ADSCs secreting VEGF-A, and the culture medium from hypoxia-preconditioned ADSCs could enhance the proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis of HUVECs. In vivo results indicated that compared to the N-ADSCs/ADM membrane, the transplanted cells in the H-ADSCs/ADM membrane can survive longer at the chronic ulcer site, consequently improve angiogenesis, inhibit inflammation, and increase extracellular matrix remodeling, eventually accelerating DFU closure. This study provides an innovative covering graft for the treatment of DFU in the clinic.

    Abstract: Based on the situation of physician trust in the patient (PTP), we explored the differences in perceived behaviors of physician trust in the patient (PBPTP). We used the PTP scale as a research tool, taking physicians of the hospitals in Anhui region as the research object to carry out the investigation of PTP, Python software was applied to explore the status of PTP, and the differences of PBPTP distribution rate with different demographic characteristic variables were compared by testing based on theory of planned behavior. We get six results as follows: (1) the overall PTP level was low, and nearly 50% of doctors doubt the integrity of patients. “Patients will not be driven by improper interests” becomes the most reluctant problem or the most distrustful option for doctors. (2) In terms of patients’ participation in disease management and regular follow-up visits, PTP rate in male was higher than that in female (Ps  〈  0.018). (3) PBPTP was affected by age (Ps  〈  0.017). (4) In terms of the behavior of patients who did not follow the treatment plans, the PTP rate of postgraduates and above physicians was higher than that of undergraduates and below ( P = 0.017 ). (5) In terms of providing diagnosis and treatment information, timely notification of illness, medication information, doctor-patient communication behaviors, and compliance with doctors’ treatment plans, PBPTP was affected by doctors’ professional titles and annual income levels (Ps ≤ 0.001), At the same time, PTP levels of different professional titles showed differences in patients’ respect for doctors’ time and bottom line (Ps ≤ 0.001). (6) In terms of doctor-patient communication behaviors, PBPTP was affected by physician departments ( P ≤ 0.001 ). Hence, demographic characteristics variable may be one of the factors affecting PBPTP, and PBPTP is associated with doctor-patient risk. It makes sense for us to propose a new model of physician-patient risk management from the perspective of PTP about “official-individual-social” triple action.

    Abstract: Virtual machines (VM) on a Cloud platform can be influenced by a variety of factors which can lead to decreased performance and downtime, affecting the reliability of the Cloud platform. Traditional anomaly detection algorithms and strategies for Cloud platforms have some flaws in their accuracy of detection, detection speed, and adaptability. In this paper, a dynamic and adaptive anomaly detection algorithm based on Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) for virtual machines is proposed. A unified modeling method based on SOM to detect the machine performance within the detection region is presented, which avoids the cost of modeling a single virtual machine and enhances the detection speed and reliability of large-scale virtual machines in Cloud platform. The important parameters that affect the modeling speed are optimized in the SOM process to significantly improve the accuracy of the SOM modeling and therefore the anomaly detection accuracy of the virtual machine.

    Abstract: Background. Chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) is one of the common clinical intracranial hemorrhagic disorders, accounting for 16%–20% of bilateral CSDH. At present, the surgical treatment of bilateral CSDH mainly includes drilling drainage and neuroendoscopic assistance. The main objective of this paper was to compare the effects of two surgical methods on CSDH. Methods. 153 patients who were diagnosed with CSDH were included in this study. 79 patients were treated with bilateral drilling drainage, and the other 74 patients were treated with neuroendoscope-assisted drainage. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the surgical indexes, neurological function, cure rate, and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. The operation indexes of patients include operation time, postoperative hematoma volume, hospital stay, extubation time, misplacement of drainage tube, recurrence, and hematoma clearance rate. Results. All patients underwent CT  examination one day after operation. The CT  imaging detection of the two groups was generally good. The cranial CT was reexamined before discharge. The bilateral hematoma disappeared in 114 patients, the unilateral hematoma disappeared in 29 patients, a small amount of compensatory crescent very low-density shadow subdural effusion was observed on the other side, and a small amount of compensatory crescent very low-density shadow subdural effusion was observed on both sides in 10 patients. There was no space occupying effect and intracranial gas disappeared. Compared with neuroendoscopic assisted drainage, the operation time of drilling drainage patients was significantly shorter. The extubation time, drainage tube dislocation, recurrence rate, postoperative hematoma volume, and hematoma clearance rate of patients receiving neuroendoscopic assisted drainage were significantly better than those receiving drilling drainage. The Markwalder score and hospital stay between the two groups were not significant. Conclusions. Drilling drainage and neuroendoscopic assisted surgery have good therapeutic effects on bilateral CSDH. The operation time of drilling drainage is shorter. Neuroendoscopic assisted surgery has more advantages in extubation time, misplacement of drainage tube, recurrence, postoperative hematoma volume, and hematoma clearance rate.
