Abstract: In this paper, the seismic attribute analysis methods in combination with well data were used to predict the distribution of the D sequence. A seismic attribute is any measurement of seismic data that enhances the visibility or quantification of geological elements or rock properties to determine the structure or depositional environment of sediment. The authors have selected the basic attributes, which are related to amplitude and frequency such as RAI, RMS, ARC length, Specdecom, Sweetness attribute. The attributes reflect quite accurately the changes in lithology, sedimentary facies, etc. from which will be possible to predict the distribution of the sand bodies. There are 02 large reservoirs discovered in the D sequence: the main reservoirs (D0 -D3) sands and minor reservoirs (D4 - D10). The study results show that the main reservoirs from D0 to D3 are widely distributed in the study area, especially in the western block and near the Con Son swell (except A well due to erosion process). Meanwhile, the reservoirs from D4 to D10 are of discontinuous distributions. Zones of high amplitude anomalies that are likely related to volcanic sediments in the study area are also delineated. The seismic attribute analysis reveals the possible distribution of high potential sand bodies (D2-D3) in the south-western and north-eastern parts that need further study.

Abstract: The presence of volcanic materials in reservoir will reduce the porosity value and effect to the quality of reservoirs. Therefore, understanding the distribution of this object will be of great significance in the orientation of oil and gas exploration and exploitation. This paper applies seismic attribute analysis method combined with artificial neural network (ANN) application to predict the distribution of volcanic materials in D sequence. Attributes selected as input for ANN training including RMS, RAI and Specdecom attribute. The results indicate that volcanic materials mainly appear in the to the Southwest of block (around D well and the West of E well), a small part is scattered near Con Son swell. The correlation coefficient among seismic attribute is from 71 to ~ 80%, this shows that the reliability of the results of network training is relatively high. Therefore, this method can be used to predict the distribution of volcanic materials in the study area.

Abstract: Both Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Terrestrial Laser Scanners (TLS) are important techniques for surveying and mapping. UAV equipment is commonly used to collect 2D or 3D data acquisition. Meanwhile, TLS equipment is used for obtaining only 3D data acquisition. However, if both are integrated, they were able to produce more accurate data. Multi-sensor data fusion helps overcome the limitations of a single sensor and enables a complete 3D model for the structure and better object classification. This study focuses on studying the combination of UAV and TLS technologies to collect, process data, and create the complete point cloud between two point clouds of the high building in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province to establish a 3D model at LoD 3 detail level, with high accuracy. FARO FOCUS3D X130 and DJI Phantom 4 RTK equipments were used to acquire the data in the field. The aerial and ground data were processed using FARO SCENE 2019 and Agisoft PhotoScan software, respectively. The data integration process is done by converting both point clouds into the same coordinate system and then by aligning the same points of both points clouds in Cloud Compare. The result of this study is a 3D model at LoD 3 detail level of the high building based on the point cloud accuracy in centimeter level. The combined use of UAV and TLS technologies has proven to be possible to create a highly accurate 3D model, at the 1:500 scale of urban areas according to current standards.

Abstract: Determination of land price is one of the most important land management roles. Land prices and changes of land prices are evident in the real estate market. The real estate market plays an important role in the economy of Vietnam. Recently, when the population is increasing, leading to increased housing demand. The distribution of the population is concentrated in big cities. Then the demand for land information, especially land prices are always interested by people. However, real information on land price is always lacking and virtual. If people want the real estate market to develop well, information on land price must be clear and adequate. The land price area map satisfies those requirements. Land price zone map helps managers about land effectively and the land price map also helps the people - participants in the real estate market to grasp the most reliable information of land prices. GIS technology is applied in the paper to zone land prices using land price information collecting in Ward 10, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City
