Abstract: The effect of controlling laser field on broadband suppercontinuum generation is researched. By adjusting the wavelength of controlling field as much as ±0.2 μm at 1.6 μm, no effect has been found in suppercontinuum obviously, the cut off range and the bandwidth of suppercontinuum both vary less than 5%. With increasing of the intensity of the controlling field, the suppercontinuum is broadened. A 12 fs/800 nm and a 30 fs/1.6 μm pulses are combined to serve as the driving pulse with the relative phase of -0.1π and relative intensity of 20%, the short quantum path is selected and a 105 eV suppercontinuum is obtained.

Abstract: We theoretically investigate the frustrated double ionization (FDI) of molecules with different alignment-dependence using a three-dimensional classical ensemble method. The numerical results show that the FDI probability decreases with increasing wavelength, which is similar to the wavelength dependence of the FDI probability of atoms. Tracing the classical trajectories reveals that the contributions to molecular FDI from single-recollision and multiple-recollision mechanisms are equal in the short wavelength regime. In the long wavelength regime, the single-recollision FDI channel dominates in FDI. The nature in which molecular FDI occurs is identified and explained.

Abstract: In this paper, Raman modes of bi-layer graphene are investigated in detail in the frequency region between 1800 and 2150 cm-1. There are four dominant Raman modes in this frequency region. The frequencies of these modes dependent on excitation energy are revealed from the measurement with multi-wavelength lasers, which can be fully understood based on double resonance Raman scattering and the phonon dispersion relation of monolayer graphene. The results show that these Raman modes can be assigned to the combinational modes from the fundamental modes of iTA, LA and LO phonons, but not from iTO and oTO phonons as reported in the previous works. This study benefits us toward the full understanding of lattice dynamics of monolayer and multilayer graphenes.

Abstract: Using the three-dimensional classical ensemble model, we investigate the dependence of the energy absorbed by two electrons (Ar atom as an example) from the laser field on the laser parameters (wavelength, laser intensity and ellipticity). The results show that when the laser intensity is fixed and the wavelength increases, the energy absorbed by the two electrons from the laser field increases as a whole, but the trend is slightly different under different intensities. At lower intensity the dependence of the energy absorbed by the two electrons from the laser field on wavelength increases steadily and at higher intensity it decreases slowly and then increases rapidly. The intensity dependence of the energy absorbed by two electrons from the laser field in the whole ensemble presents two interesting intersections at different wavelengths. The dependence of the energy absorbed by the two electrons from the laser field on the ellipticity first decreases and then increases slowly at lower intensity; it has a “Ladder shape” that slowly increases and then decreases and finally slowly increases at moderate intensity; it shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing at higher intensities. In order to explain the dependence of the energy absorbed by two electrons from the laser field on the laser parameters (wavelength, laser intensity and ellipticity), the kinetic process of the whole ensemble is divided into four channels: double ionization, single ionization, frustrated single ionization and frustrated double ionization. The characteristics of each channel and how it dominates the overall trend of energy absorption from the laser field by the two electrons are then analyzed. The analysis results show that the dependence of the energy absorbed by the two electrons from the laser field on wavelength、laser intensity and ellipticity is due to the fact that some channels dominate the energy absorbed by the two electrons from the laser field.

Abstract: Oseltamivir resistance in influenza virus (IFV) has been of widespread concern. An increase in the frequency of viruses with reduced inhibition was observed. Whether oseltamivir is effective is uncertain. We conducted this study to understand the real-world situation in northern China and the clinical efficacy for patients with IFV infection after the use of oseltamivir. Methods The longitudinal study was performed on influenza-like illness (ILI) cases in a tertiary general hospital in Beijing, China during the flu season of 2018–2019. All ILI cases (≥18 years) were recruited into the study. We analyzed the effect of the oseltamivir therapy on the number of clinic visits, hospitalization frequency, and the duration of fever and cough. Results A total of 689 ILI patients were recruited in this study with 355 in the oseltamivir therapy group and 334 in the supportive therapy group. Among the ILI patients, 388 patients were detected for IFV infection (364 IFV-A and 24 IFV-B) and divided into two groups with or without the oseltamivir therapy (302 vs. 86). There were no significant differences in the basic characteristics between the oseltamivir and supportive therapy groups in the ILI patients or in the IFV positive patients (all p   & lt; 0.05). After adjusting for the potential confounders, oseltamivir therapy reduced the times of clinic visits in the ILI and IFV positive patients ( p  = 0.043 and p  = 0.011). No effectiveness with oseltamivir therapy was observed in the outcomes of hospitalization frequency, and the duration of fever and cough. Conclusion Oseltamivir use may reduce the times of clinic visits. However, we did not observe the differences in the duration of fever, cough, and the frequency of hospitalization between oseltamivir therapy and supportive therapy.

Abstract: Due to the weak van der Waals interaction between GaN epitaxial layer and graphene substrate, GaN grown on graphene has attracted considerable attention in recent years, benefited from the possibility to grow epitaxial material without any necessity to satisfy the requirement for the lattice matching between the epitaxial materials and underlying materials, and the unique facility of transferring GaN epitaxy to other substrates. However, clusters formed in GaN grown on graphene lead to poor crystalline quality, deteriorating the applications of GaN epilayer on graphene. It is observed that preferential nucleation occurs primarily at the sites of defects and along the step edges of graphene. In order to study the effects of NH3/H2 ratio on the graphene/sapphire template and properties of GaN epilayer, the growth of GaN by metal organic chemical vapor deposition on the graphene/sapphire template pretreated with the mixed gas of NH3 and H2 is investigated.Prior to the deposition of GaN, five samples with different NH3/H2 flow ratios (0, 0.2, 0.5, 1 and 2, respectively) are pretreated at 1030℃ while the H2 flow rate is fixed at 3.6 mol/min. The surface topographies and Raman spectra of the pretreated graphene are investigated, and the chemical reaction mechanism is studied. It is found that the graphene is etched at the wrinkle firstly and then along the direction of wrinkles where there is bigger contact interface with NH3 and H2, and graphene decomposition is enhanced with the increase of NH3/H2 flow ratio. The pretreatment mechanisms of different mixed gases are also discussed. Owing to the weak bond energy, NH3 is easier to decompose than H2. The reaction between graphene and H, NH2 which are produced by the decomposition of NH3, enhances the etching of graphene. Finally GaN film is deposited on graphene/sapphire template pretreated by different NH3/H2 flow ratios. The quality of GaN was improved on graphene pretreated by appropriate NH3/H2 flow ratio and verified through highresolution X-ray diffraction. The lowest (002) and (102) full widths at half maximum (FWHM) of GaN obtained on graphene/sapphire template are 587 arcsec and 707 arcsec respectively, while the root-mean-square (RMS) of GaN is 0.37 nm. The stress of GaN is characterized by Raman spectra at room temperature. The co-presence of characteristic peaks of sapphire, graphene and GaN suggests that GaN has deposited on graphene/sapphire template. The E2-high Raman peak is used to estimate the residual stress in GaN material as described elsewhere. The E2-high peak of GaN grown on graphene is around 566.7 cm-1, while the value of strain-free GaN is 566.2 cm-1. Thus, there is subtle compressive stress in the GaN grown on graphene, which can be calculated from the relationship:△ωγ=4.3·σχχ cm-1·GPa-1, giving a value of 0.11 GPa of GaN obtained on graphene/sapphire template. This study provides an effective pretreatment technique to improve the crystal quality of GaN epilayer deposited on graphene/sapphire template, which gives guidance in well crystallizing three-dimensional materials on two-dimensional materials.

Abstract: The novel flexible pressure sensor with skin-like stretchability and sensibility has attracted tremendous attention in academic and industrial world in recent years. And it also has demonstrated great potential in the applications of electronic skin and wearable devices. It is significant and challenging to develop a highly sensitive flexible pressure sensor with a simple, low energy consuming and low cost method. In this paper, the silver nanowires (AgNWs) as electrode material were synthesized by polyol process. The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was chosen as a flexible substrate and polyimide (PI) film as dielectric layer. The AgNWs based electrode was prepared in two methods. One is coating the AgNWs on photographic paper followed by in situ PDMS curing. Another one is suction filtration of the AgNWs suspension followed by glass slide transfer and PDMS curing. Then the capacitive pressure sensor was packaged in a sandwich structure with two face to face electrodes and a PI film in the middle. The sensitivity of the sensor as well as the micro-structure of the electrodes was compared and studied. The results indicate that the roughness of the electrode based on AgNWs/PDMS micro-structure plays an important role in the sensitivity of sensor. The as-prepared flexible pressure sensor demonstrates high sensitivity of 0.65kPa -1 . In addition, the fabrication method is simple, low energy consuming and low cost, which has great potential in the detection of pulse, heart rate, sound vibration and other tiny pressure.

Abstract: Materials science is an interdisciplinary field applying the properties of matter to various areas of science and engineering. This paper is devoted to the study and construction of finitely supported tight multivariate frames of multivariate multi-wavelets. Inparticular, a necessary conditi- on for their existence is obtained to present some feasible idea for designing such MRA tight frames. The characteristics of binary multiscale pseudoframes for subspaces is investigated. The constructi- on of a GMS of Paley-Wiener subspace of is studied. A constructive method for affine multivariate frames based on such a GMS is established.
