Abstract: Introduction. Working conditions, clinical and laboratory status of 236 workers of a chromium mine were investigated. Materials and methods. The observation group included 162 underground employees working in conditions of the combined impact of negative occupational factors (dust, noise, vibration, tension and severity there, cooling microclimate) - class 3.3-3.4. The comparison group included 74 mine employees working in acceptable working conditions - class 2. Results. In the observation group, the pathology of the cardiovascular and endocrine system (ICD-10: I00-I99, E00-E07) was detected 2.8-3.3 times more often (p = 0.001-0.02), the relative risk of disease formation was 2.7-3.2 times higher than in the comparison group (RR = 2.7-3.2; DI = 1.44-9.2; p = 0.001-0.02). Under the conditions of the combined effect of negative production factors, as features of metabolic disorders, it was noted that the most unfavourable - abdominal form of obesity was diagnosed 1.4 times more often (42.0%, p = 0.013), the atherogenic index was 1.2 times higher, and the level HDL is 1.2 times lower than in the comparison group (p = 0.017-0.047); “Metabolic indices” - lipid accumulation coefficient (LAP) and visceral obesity index (VAI) were 1.2-1.4 times higher than the values in the comparison group (p = 0.001-0.048). Conclusions. To implement a complex of medical and preventive measures aimed at increasing life expectancy and working longevity, early prevention of CVD, including among those working in the extraction of chrome ore, it is advisable to consider the introduction of the calculation of early markers of metabolic disorders - VAI and LAP indices in the medical examination programs.

Abstract: Purpose: to reduce operating costs when performing agricultural mechanized work.Design/methodology/approach: The development of the desired economic and mathematical model of the optimal MTA distribution by type of work is based on the above condition it is necessary to plan the work of not tractor brands indicating their number, but each tractor individually.Findings: It is known that the availability of equipment varies during the season, so it was studied in dynamics. In this regard, to solve this problem, neural-network simulation was first used. As a result of the search, a network of the type of radial basis function was obtained that best describes these dependenciesResearch limitations/implications: the authors developed a fundamentally new mathematical model for optimizing the use of technology, which, unlike existing ones, allows to:- plan the operation of each tractor individually;- designate the so-called “mandatory tractors”, that is, those that the user, at his discretion, would like to assign to a particular operation or vice versa, would like the tractor operator not to work on this operation.Originality/value: Thus, the scientific novelty of the work performed are:- a technique for operational planning of work and increasing the efficiency of using the MTA, taking into account the technical condition of the tractors, the specific conditions for their functioning and the work experience of the machine operator.- a mathematical model for solving the problem of the optimal distribution of MTA by type of work and the mathematical apparatus for its implementation;- a technique for adjusting the performance of the MTA, taking into account the experience of the tractor driver, the service life and technical readiness of the tractor.

Abstract: One of the promising directions in modeling of mass transfer in microgravity is the use of heterogeneous fluid systems with the same initial density. However, in most cases the application of this approach is prevented by the contraction effect, which is a non-additive variation of the mixture volume (and, accordingly, mixture density) due to a change in the concentration of one of its components. The cause of the contraction is the appearance of compounds made up of the solute molecules / ions and solvent molecules due to the formation of hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction. Unfortunately, the prediction of the contraction effect is complicated by the lack of the relevant information for most liquid systems. To eliminate this drawback, the contraction of the most well-known aqueous solutions was determined. The obtained data are systematized and analyzed, and for a number of solutions a correlation between their contraction and other physicochemical properties has been established. The obtained data are systematized and analyzed, the correlation of contraction and other physicochemical properties of solutions has been established, and a number of fluid systems has been proposed for laboratory modeling of diffusion processes in microgravity.
