    Abstract: Palladium-Gold(Pd-Au)/4A zeolite catalyst was prepared by using 4A zeolite as carrier and Pd-Au as active components. The structure of Pd-Au/4A zeolite catalyst was characterized by a combination of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The AAS testing showed that Pd and Au supported rate were increased up to the maximum 93.88% and 90.22% respectively at the ratio of Pd/Au=1.16. The SEM analysis results indicated that Pd-Au alloy particles of 4A zeolite catalyst can grown up and reunited obviously through before and after reaction. The XRD analysis results showed that diffraction peak of Pd(111), Pd(200), Au(111) and Au(200) became sharp gradually with the extension of reaction time, crystalline phase composition and grain size of catalyst became bigger gradually. The catalytic activity of the Pd-Au /4A zeolite catalyst was elaborated in vinyl acetate synthesis and the results showed that Pd-Au/4A zeolite catalyst has excellent catalytic activity.

    Abstract: To improve the measurement accuracy of the articulated coordinate measuring arm (ACMA), the measurement system’s parameters must be calibrated. The mathematical model and the disturbance of the kinematic parameters’ error are critical to the calibration precision. In this paper, product-of-exponential(POE) model is adopted to establish the kinematic model of the ACMA, and an error correction model which utilizes single-point versus multi-pose and the distance between every two points is used to take accuracy and repeatability into account. Then, genetic algorithm is utilized to optimize the error correction model in order to identify kinematic parameters. Experimental results reveal that the proposed calibration method is feasible.

    Abstract: The nature of service-oriented manufacturing network is modular service network for capacity need based. The difference in service capability increases the manufacturing networks’ uncertainty, making the choice of supplier more complex. A strategy for supplier selection applying FWNN (fuzzy wavelet neural network) was presented in this paper. The first stage makes use of fuzzy system, with strong competency in knowledge representation, to convert fuzzy input parameters into crisp parameters. The artificial neural network was applied to overcome adverse effects resulting from supplier selection of non-liner and dynamic property in the second stage. The simulation was made to check the performance of the algorithm. The result indicates that this method can overcome the insufficiencies of subjectivity, arbitrariness, complicated algorithm and fuzzy input parameters in supplier selection, which realizes real-time dynamic evaluation and rapid selection under the service-oriented manufacturing environment, and its maximum relative error is less than 0.4841%.

    Abstract: To strengthen the application efficiency of 3D machining procedure model and the contact of process design stage and process implementation stage, and to reduce complicated issues of process change, machining process design and change based on the manufacturing resource information in MBD mode is proposed. Integration framework of manufacturing resources field and 3D machining process design and change are analyzed, manufacturing resource feature model of 3D machining process model is described, monitoring the manufacturing resource and collecting static and dynamic data of manufacturing resources through RFID is put forward, change of 3D machining procedure model caused by manufacturing resource conflicts are discussed, a closed-loop system structure of packaging manufacturing resource information and machining process change is established.

    Abstract: Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will cross Lingding navigation channel in the form of immersed tunnels, with two large artificial islands to provide change-over facilities between bridge and tunnel. In order to predict the effects on the hydrodynamic environment caused by the artificial islands, the physical model for the Bridge is built to analyze the changes of the tidal level and tidal current. The experimental results show that the drag force on flow is increased and the flow section area is decreased by the two large artificial islands built in the sea. Near both ends of the artificial islands, the velocities of tidal currents increase. The opposite side of the artificial islands, there is the recirculation zone with many vortexes in different scales, which have the periodic change from formation to disappearance. Affected by the topography, hydrodynamic conditions, as well as by the position, shape and scale of the artificial islands, the changes of hydrodynamic environment caused by both the west artificial island and the east one is similar in the change rules and different in the forms.

    Abstract: In allusion to the status of the expression and integration technology of the three-dimensional CAPP processing information, a machining process information expression and integration method was put forward, which was process-oriented and based on the three-dimensional model of products. The machining process object was represented by the processing structure tree, and the processing information was expressed and collected in the three-dimensional situation. Finally,a prototype system was developed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.

    Abstract: According to the mechanical seals’ characters of the aircraft engine: no special flush fluid equipment and the limited space etc, a numerical model of conjugate heat transfer between seal rings and seal chamber is presented. And the flow channel and the flow quantity in the mechanical seal are studied, which will affect the heat transfer between the surface of the seal ring and the flush fluid. At last, the studied results are validated by the test.

    Abstract: This paper attempted the feasibility to determine component concentrations in multicomponent mixtures with terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) combined with different partial least-squares regression (PLS) algorithms. First, THz absorbance spectra for 75 ternary mixtures of anhydrous theophylline, lactose monohydrate and magnesium stearate were investigated using THz-TDS in the frequency range from 0.1 to 3.0 THz, then four different PLS methods, including interval PLS (iPLS), backward interval PLS (biPLS), synergy interval PLS (siPLS) and moving window PLS (mwPLS), were employed to perform quantitative analysis of anhydrous theophylline concentrations in ternary mixtures. The performance of mwPLS model is the best in contrast to other PLS models and full spectrum PLS. The optimal model was achieved with higher correlation coefficient for calibration ( R C ) of 0.9842, higher correlation coefficient for prediction ( R P ) of 0.9851, lower root mean square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) of 3.8241, and lower root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) of 4.1540. Experimental results demonstrate that THz spectroscopy combined with PLS algorithms could be successfully applied as an effective nondestructive tool for the quantitative analysis of component concentrations in multicomponent mixtures, and mwPLS is an ideal method for reducing the complexity and improving the performance of the model.

Besides, it not only defines, calculates and analyzes the statistic characteristics such as node strength and clustering coefficient by the complex weighted theory, but reveals the status of enterprise and correlations in the manufacturing environment of oriented service. This study can not only provide basis for the construction and management of service-oriented manufacturing network, but for search and grouping of collaborative partners.
