Abstract: In FWP processing, since the workpiece deformation parameters change with movement and the lag of processing compensation, ETPEM method is taken during the process. This article will establish FWP (flexible workpiece trajectory) processing performance indicators matter-element and TS-FNN model network matter-element to achieve the TS-FNN model network structure goodness evaluation method indirectly on the basis of deep study of ETEPM relevant theories.

Abstract: Due to its simple structure, low consumption of energy but strong driving forces, Electrowetting on Dielectric (EWOD) is used most frequently in digital microfluidics for manipulation and control of droplets. In this paper, the internal mechanism of EWOD is explained though establishing the geometric model of the unipolar board structure digital microfluidic chip. And the boundary conditions of equations are determined. Three coupling physical fields: electric field, flow field and temperature field in the digital microfluidic chip are simulated and analyzed. With the electric field equation coupled, Navier-Stokes equations and energy equation of the temperature control, the numerical simulation of the chip is conducted. The results show that the internal flow of micro-droplets is counterclockwise and swirling flow. The external flow velocity of micro-droplet is greater than the internal velocity. In addition, micro-droplets near the electrode applied temperature are higher than the internal temperature. Surface micromachining technologies are employed to fabricate the chip. Experimental results show that the droplet can be driven in a velocity of 25cm/s. It will possibly provide an effective solution to the manipulation of droplets.

Abstract: This study deals with devising and implementing a novel technique for image authentication and secured message transmission based on hiding large volume of data into gray scale images. A grayscale image fragile watermark authentication system in spatial-domain is proposed. First it preprocesses the watermark image and resizes it to a quarter of the size of the original image. Then, it generates a random key matrix K and 128bit message authentication code from the original image. It replaces the 128bit message authentication code for the former 128bit of K to obtain a new key matrix KH. Then, it calculates the embedded position P=KHi xor (b7,b6,b5.b4) i MOD 3. b7,b6,b5,b4 are the high 4 bits of the original images pixel. It embeds the watermark image according to P value to the lower 4 bits of the original images pixel. The system is made in experiment. The result shows the system has good imperceptibility.

Abstract: The Ni-P/ BN(h) composite coatings were prepared by pulse electroplating, and were heat treated at temperature of 200~400°C.The microstructure of the composite coatings was identified by X-ray diffraction, the corrosion behavior of the composite coatings in 3.5%NaCl and 10%H 2 SO 4 solutions was investigated by the linear polarization measurements and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results show that the as-deposited is an amorphous structure, the precipitated phases are Ni 12 P 5 and Ni 5 P 2 metastable state phases when heat treatment temperature is below 300°C,the precipitated phases is Ni 3 P stable state phase heat-treated at 400°C,the composite coating was crystallized in great degree. Both the as-deposited and heat treated composite coatings revealed best corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl and 10%H 2 SO 4 solutions.

Abstract: Due to the rapid elevation of health standards and the limit water resources, disinfection has become a challenging aspect for wastewater treatment. This work uses ZnO nanofluids as disinfection for municipal wastewater treatment. The effects of concentration, the presence of light, treatment time and induction of ultrasound are examined. The results reveal that ZnO nanofluids show the potential to be disinfection. With higher concentration of ZnO, the presence of light, longer treatment time and the induction of ultrasound, ZnO nanofluids showed better disinfection efficiency against wastewater.

Abstract: In this paper, Fe nanoring model of different degree of eccentricity has been made. Based on the FFTM method and MC simulation method, the magnetic properties of the Fe nanoring, such as hysteresis loops, spin configuration, have been studied. The simulated results indicate that there are typical hysteresis loops and spin-configurations, such as onion-type state and vortex-type state in the system of symmetric Fe nanoring. The hysteresis loops of the eccentric Fe nanoring are similar to symmetric system when the degree of eccentricity is small, but as the degree of eccentricity increased, the magnetization behavior become different. Remanence is almost linearly related to the degree of eccentricity in the system of eccentric Fe nanoring, which can be explained by analyzing the change of spin-configurations in the eccentric Fe nanoring.

Abstract: Multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) chips have been successfully prepared through tape-casting and screen-printing. Conventional sintering method and two-step sintering method with different sintering temperature and holding time are used to obtain the MLCC chips. The scanning electron microscopes show that MLCC chips sintered by two-step sintering at T 1 =1200°C and T 2 =1130°C for 3h have a highly dense dielectric layer. The temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of the MLCC chip is less than ±15% from-60°C to 235 °C that satisfactorily meets the requirement of X9R. The average capacitance and the dielectric loss of the MLCC chip are 88nF and 1.8% at the room temperature, respectively.

Abstract: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) microporous membranes were fabricated via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). Thermogravimetric analyzer was used to obtain the true concentration of films. To characterize the permeation property, the testing of water flux was carried out and it was found that with the increase of thickness, concentration and molecular weight, a decrease in water flux occurred. However, the water flux changed slightly when the thickness turned into 150μm and the molecular weight reached 4,000,000. Moreover, the pore structure investigated by Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) was consistent with the above phenomena. It is known that the pore size is affected by two factors: crystallization rate and the diffusion rate of diluent. The curves of the relative crystallinity (Xt) with time for the various films under the cooling rate of 10°C/min showed that the difference between crystallization rate of various membranes was small. So it was considered that the viscosity of system did greater influence on diffusion rate of diluent. In addition, the disparity between cloud points (Tcd) and crystallization temperature (T0) was not obvious, indicating that only solid-liquid phase separation could be observed in the range of cooling rates during the non-isothermal process.

Abstract: Image authentication has achieved a sharp attention now a day due to broad availability of internet services. Maldistribution and illegal copying of image volatiles the authenticity of image-ownership. In this regard the digital watermarking-based image authentication system is studied. A color image authentication system is proposed. This system converts a color image into a grayscale image, and divides the grayscale image into 8*8 small pieces. Each small piece is made into DCT transform and extracted low frequencies to form the watermark. Then, the original image uses LSB algorithm and hash algorithm in watermark image to form authentication code. The system makes the authentication code as watermark information to embed watermark. The system is made in experiment. The result shows the system has good imperceptibility.

Abstract: In situ monitoring of nitrate in respect of improvement of accuracy becomes more and more important. The direct spectrophotometer analysis of aqueous nitrates is a simple analytic procedure but prone to interferences. In order to solve this problem, the Least Area Value (LAV) Model for in situ determining nitrate in the ocean is reported. The absorbance response of the LAV model varies linearly with concentrations.Calculations of it are in excellent much higher accuracy than conventional measurement models. And more, it solves the problem without the need to measure the dark current first. This eliminated errors due to changes in the dark current during periods shortly after the instrument was turned on. The noise is nearly random and significant reductions in the detection limit are possible by averaging multiple observations in this model. The measurements were directly taken after dilution of the samples between 0.1μmol/l and 400μmol/l.The model was checked on and applied to real samples .The results show that this approach is suitable for routine field measurements of nitrate, which has achieved the precision of 99% and the stability of 99.5%. The model is simple, rugged. The precision, accuracy and stability of the concentrations are sufficiently used to support for many studies.
