    Abstract: W-doped Vanadium oxide thin films were prepared on the substrates of glass and Si (100) by reactive magnetron sputtering after annealing in vacuum. The structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and atomic force microscopy(AFM), respectively. The results show that,when the oxygen volume percent (Po 2 ) increasing from 15% to 25%, the films on the Si(100) were vanadium oxides with high-valences. After vacuum annealing at 500°C for 2h, the major phase of W doped films on glass is VO 2 . The surface roughness of the film increase for the longer time annealing.

    Abstract: High performance concrete (HPC) was prepared using lithium-slag and fly ash,which are the industrial waste in Xinjiang Province,China,and its mechanical properties,crack resistance impermeability of concrete. The results showed that: lithium slag can well improve the mechanical properties of concrete, after adding fly ash, in the total dosage of 20%, the improving effect on the mechanical properties is the best; in the total dosage of 50%, its performance improvement of cracking resistance and impermeability is particularly evident, and can significantly improve the interface of concrete structures and products. At early hydration, admixture involved secondary hydration reaction generated in the interface area silicon ratio of calcium silicate hydrate and dense structure,which reduces the crystal content of loose AFt and Ca(OH)2, improving the performance of concrete mechanical and impermeability, particularly, the formation of needle AFt compensate the shrinkage of concrete and improve the performance of concrete early cracking.

    Abstract: As chloride ion diffusion in concrete theoretical model without considering the shortcomings of the concrete maturity,the improved maturity model is used to establish the relationship between the diffusion coefficient of concrete maturity. With the mathematical derivation, getting new chloride ion diffusion theoretically, which considers the maturity of the concrete, the chloride ion binding capacity, the degradation effects of chlorine ion diffusion equation,and consequently broadens the scope of the fick's second law of diffusion, besides, its form and solution completely consistent with the one in the second law of fick equation. By the calculation example,it can be found that the model is more accurate than the traditional ones, and it also applies to the high content of high-performance concrete.

    Abstract: Using industrial waste (lithium-slag and steel-slag) for the preparation of high-performance concrete, and the same mix proportion’s concrete are cured using six kinds method, which is cured to the required age later and tests its chloride ion diffusion coefficient by RCM method. The results show that: the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of 28d and 84d decreases with the lower water-binder ratio. It can achieve RCM-Ⅴ grade when the water to binder ratio is 0.27. The admixtures total of 275-350kg/m3 is appropriate when the water to binder ratio is constant.The diffusion of water conservation,water solution with 5% Nacl after 7d water conservation,water solution with 5% Nacl after 14d water conservation,water solution with 5% Nacl after 7d in water conservation and water solution with 5% Nacl after 14d in water conservation is 1.5, 3.1, 2.5, 2.8 and 2.3 times than standard conservation , so the effect of early different curing ways to HPC can not be ignored.
