    Abstract: Benih kopi pada umumnya sulit untuk berkecambah dengan waktu dormansi yang cukup lama, hal ini yang menjadi aspek penting dalam penelitian ini terhadap respon dan guna hormon selaku zat perangsang tumbuh untuk proses semai biji kopi Liberika agar cepat berkecambah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 faktor yaitu hormon dan konsentrasi sebagai konsep dasar untuk memberi perlakuan benih kopi dengan mekanisme direndam menggunakan hormon dengan taraf konsentrasi larutan yang berbeda. Hormon sebagai zat perangsang tumbuh (ZPT) dan dasar dari proses stimulasi perkecambahan. Hormon yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah hormon GA3/ Giberelin, IAA/ Auksin dan BAP/ Sitokinin. Larutan hormon tentunya tidak lepas dari konsentrasi atau normalitas di dalam larutan tersebut, oleh karena itu penelitian ini menerapkan 3 level konsentrasi diantaranya 250ppm, 500ppm dan 750ppm sebagai kombinasi dari hormon dan normalitas untuk menguji viabilitas daya berkecambah, tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, berat basah tanaman, dan panjang akar sebagai parameter pengamatan. Selanjutnya nilai dari hasil pengamatan akan dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT 5%. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan pengaruh yang paling baik dari perlakuan kombinasi hormon GA3 dengan konsentrasi 250ppm yaitu 1,5273 (cm) dan untuk perlakuan individu paling baik pada hormon GA3 untuk tinggi tanaman dengan hasil 2,627 (cm).

    Abstract: Objectives: to identify therapeutic effectiveness of Rat Bone Marrow stem cell in PCOS rats model on folliculogenesis, TGF-beta and GDF-9 expression and on estrogen, TNF-a and androgen levels.Material and Methods: this study is a laboratory experimental research with using animal testing. PCOS was induced by the administration of testosterone propionate hormone into 30 mice. The subjects of this study are divided into 2 groups: stem cell group and control group. The mice were injected with testosterone then vaginal swab was performed to determine the mice cycle. After determining mice in anestrous cycle, stem cell was injected. TNF-a was measured with immunohistochemistry and androgen was examined using ELISA. The data was measured by student t-test.Result: The average number of TNF-a expression in control group was lower than stem cell group (5.35 vs 2.34; p= 0.0026). The average androgen level for stem cell group was lower than mean for control group (2.31 vs 0.40; p= 0.0026).Conclusion: In this study of polycystic model mice, stem cell decreased the expression of TNF-a and androgen level
