Abstract: Abstract:  The abuse of antibiotic drugs during animal production remains a worldwide problem and the subsequent detection of the residues of various drugs present at low concentrations in complex biological matrices poses significant analytical challenges. The present study outlines a practical biochip assay system to identify antibiotic residues in different animal tissue extracts. The system uses a simple but efficient multiresidue sample extraction procedure to isolate the antibiotic residues which were then identified directly using high‐affinity monoclonal antibodies presented in a competitive immunoassay with conjugated antibiotic hapten‐chips. The hapten‐chip can analyze six samples each for eight antibiotics on a single chip within 3 h. The analytical results with both artificial positive standard samples and the incurred samples show that the antibody hapten‐chip system has a comparable accuracy and a similar sensitivity to a standard ultra performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (MS)/MS assay. In conclusion, an effective analytical screening system based on antibody hapten‐chip was developed for detecting multiple antibiotic residues from multiple samples.

Abstract: As the labor relations climate in China has deteriorated in recent years, some firms have turned to partnership approaches. Using data collected from HR managers and employees in 190 companies in five provinces of China, this study tests the applicability of partnership theory for Chinese enterprises. It identifies eight dimensions of partnership practices and examines their effectiveness in improving the labor relations climate and employee attitudes. Results show that partnership practices are positively associated with labor relations climate and employee attitudes, and that labor relations climate mediates the relationship between partnership practices and employee attitudes (i.e., affective commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention). These findings contribute to the literature on partnership and labor relations climate and the operationalization of partnership, and its effects, in the Chinese context.

Abstract: Recently, parties have begun to implement patents separately to avoid legal liability in China. Multi-party infringing behaviours are more complicated to legally characterize than single-party patent infringement. Before the recently proposed legislative reform, the Patent Law of China did not clearly define indirect infringement. Chinese courts usually apply the joint torts rules to deal with those cases. However, by mixing the rule of joint injurious act with the rule of indirect patent infringement, the courts tend to confuse the two. Moreover, the newly drafted Revision of Patent Law, though it proposes adopting the indirect infringement concept, still borrows the joint torts rules to allocate liabilities. In these circumstances, it is necessary to clarify the relationship between joint torts and indirect infringement, and thus to clarify the rules for multi-party patent infringement.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of water shortage in the world, we set up an index to measure the supply capacity of regional water resources, and chose six regions to verify the accuracy of the index. Then we chose the Beijing area to analyze the causes of water shortage combined with the actual situation. After that, we predicted the water supply situation in Beijing area in the next 15 years and explained the impact of future water resources on the residents & rsquo; life by using the grey prediction method. Then the intervention plan is put forward, and the influence of the intervention plan is added to the evaluation model, and then the water supply capacity of the prognosis is predicted again. The quality of the intervention plan is evaluated, and suggestions for future water resources supply are put forward.

Abstract: Over the past few decades, the Earth’s climate has undergone conspicuous changes, some of which have a profound impact on social and governmental systems. The purpose of this paper is to establish a model for measuring national fragile and the impact of climate change on a country. For this purpose, we first define the Fragile States Index (FSI) to measure the fragility of a country based on population, crime rate and education, which are the three aspects that most countries or regions will focus on. Second, we use the FSI to illustrate how climate change affects the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Third, we analyze the definitive indicators of Indonesia and predict the changes of FSI. Finally, the effects of each intervention policy were obtained by analyzing Indonesia’s intervention policy on environmental change. To provide ideas for intervention on climate change.
