Abstract: Islam has comprehensive rule that regulate in all aspects of human life, including evireonmental issues. One fact of global problems related to environment is waste management problem. Zero waste is waste management system which it could be a holistic solution due to waste issue. This study aim to analyse the zero waste concept within Islamic-science prespective on municipal waste reduction as a solution to prevent environmental damage. This study use literature reviews method that focuse on waste management programs in Surabaya City which have been stated on a national and international scale. The results of this study show implementation of waste management programs In Surabaya City such as the depletion of disposable plastic usage, the existence of waste bank units, until the presence of a solid waste power plant infrastructure. However, the program implementation has not been able to decrease the number of resource in Surabaya landfill. It is because of poorly coordination between government and society, and the lack of environmental awareness about the harm of waste resource to environmental health. Thus, the existence of zero waste concept combined with Islamic-science prespective could lead direction movement to appreciate the importance of proper and correct waste management. Based on these results, it conclude that waste management with zero waste concept considered to become a new lifestyle in waste management namely Islamic lifestyle, because it is in line with Islamic law. Moreover, this new lifestyle could be implemented in all communities regarding to the nature is a gift form Allah SWT and humans have a command to protect it.

Abstract: ABSTRACT Green finance is being developed in response to growing environmental concerns. Green sukuk is a type of green finance based on Shariah rules. Green sukuk initiatives have been carried out in Indonesia since 2019. The participation of green sukuk has been consistently increasing every year. This study aimed to determine the cause of this occurrence using green financing knowledge, environmental concern, risk behavior, financial literacy, and intention as observed variables. This research was based on a quantitative method using primary data. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling and 10 times rule for SEM. Data was collected by distributing structured questionnaires to approximately 176 respondents. The respondents came from individuals aged between 20-40 years old, from different educational backgrounds, and from different regions in Indonesia. The results of the structural equation modeling analysis show that green finance knowledge significantly influences intention, while environmental concern and risk behavior significantly influence financial literacy. Financial literacy as a moderating variable has a significant influence on intention. The findings are expected to guide the development of effective marketing strategies for green sukuk to attract investors. Abstract: ABSTRAK Strategi penghimpunan zakat infaq dan sedekah masa kini harus selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perilaku masyarakat 5.0 (society 5.0), dimana Society 5.0 menciptakan masyarakat yang berbasis teknologi sehingga pembayaran zakat, infaq, dan sedekah non tunai harus memanfaatkan teknologi finansial seperti, mobile banking, ATM, QRIS, dompet digital maupun e-commerce. ABSTRACT The strategy of collecting zakat infaq and alms today must be in line with technological developments and community behavior 5.0 (society 5.0), where Society 5.0 creates a technology-based society. ATM, QRIS, digital wallet, and e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of acceptance and use of financial technology services in paying Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) using the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) extension with spiritual motivation. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 129 respondents taken from Bekasi, Bandung, Bogor, Cimahi, Sukabumi, Garut, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, and Pangandaran. This study found that muzakki in accepting and using financial technology services to pay ZIS non-cash were influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes, and intentions. However, the perceived usefulness does not affect the attitude of muzakki in paying non-cash ZIS, and indirectly the perceived usefulness does not affect the actual use of muzakki to pay ZIS. This research implies that zakat institutions can find out the acceptance and use of muzakki technology in paying zakat so that they can innovate in providing services for muzakki and people who will pay non-cash zakat. Abstract: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kausalitas antara konsumsi energi konvensional, pertumbuhan ekonom, emisi karbon dioksida, dan konsumsi energi terbarukan di 39 negara Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) periode 1992-2018. ABSTRACTThis research aims to find causality between conventional energy consumption, economic growth, carbon dioxide emissions, and renewable energy consumption in 39 countries of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on 1992-2018. The method used Dumitrescu-Hurlin Causality Test (2012) that allows heterogeneity and cross-sectional dependence. The outcome affirms that there is interdependency between conventional energy consumption and economic growth, but renewable energy consumption affected economic growth that confirms RKC U-Shaped theory. The impact of economic growth affects environmental degradation, carbon dioxide emissions which accept EKC-Kuznets theory. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the spillover effect of Islamic stock indexes of the United States and China on the ASEAN Islamic stock index using the Nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) method to find asymmetric spillover effects during the Covid-19 pandemic. The observed data starts on January 1, 2020, until September 30, 2021, with a total of 336 observations for each stock index. This study found some findings. First, the Islamic stock indexes of the United States and China have a short-term asymmetric influence on the Islamic stock indices of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand during the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, the Islamic stock indexes of the United States and China have only a long-term asymmetric influence on Malaysia's sharia stock indexes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Third, the effect when there is a decline in Islamic stock indexes of the United States and China is greater than when there is an increase in the Malaysian sharia stock index during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the reasons for this relationship is the very close trade relationship between the United States and China with Malaysia. The research implication of this study is that international investors can use the results of this research as a decision-making material in the event of a contraction due to the crisis (one of which is the Covid-19 pandemic) in the United States and China Islamic stock indexes to maintain or sell their investment portfolios. Abstract: ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the short-term and long-term relationship between the Islamic capital markets of 5 selected countries in the Covid-19 era. This study used a quantitative approach using weekly secondary data from January 2020 to December 2022. The data analysis model used Vector Auto Regression (VAR) analysis. The results of this study show that in the short term, variants in the capital market will change due to shocks in other ASEAN Islamic capital markets, but short-term deviations in the Islamic capital market will adjust in the long term. meanwhile, in the long run, Islamic capital markets in ASEAN countries that were tested, have integrated despite the occurrence of a health crisis that also has an impact on the financial crisis. This provides an opportunity for investors to mitigate risks and increase profit margins, especially in Islamic stock exchanges in ASEAN countries. On the other hand, this research allows investors to reformulate a more diversified portfolio after the Covid-19 pandemic.
