Abstract

Anisotropic permeability conditions in fractured rocks can be evaluated from surface azimuthal resistivity surveys. Resultant anisotropy figures (RAFs) are constructed from the surveys and are compared with constructed model RAFs. The field results indicate that the properties of multiple subsurface fracture sets can be determined.
