Abstract: One of the important structural elements in modern international relations is multilateral diplomacy. Diplomatic services, which work to settle relations with a large number of states, international and regional organizations, remain an important tool for the realization of national interests. As a result of digitalization, new forms and tools of multilateral diplomacy have emerged. Thus, digital platforms are used for information warfare (by means of disinformation and propaganda); holding summits, conferences, forums in online format in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The new challenge facing Ukraine is the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The main task of diplomacy remains to provide reliable information about the course of events in the territory where hostilities are taking place. Given the active propaganda and misinformation of the Russian side, it is quite difficult to achieve this. Ukraine is still forced to repel attacks not only military but also diplomatic. In this, our country is helped by international organizations, such as the United Nations, whose main focus is to maintain international peace and security. At the same time, Ukraine's cooperation with international organizations has a number of weaknesses. Thus, the UN Security Council (UNSC) cannot make effective decisions on conflict resolution in the temporarily occupied territories. This is due to the fact that Russia, the aggressor country, is one of the permanent members of the UN Security Council and has a veto. Active cooperation with regional organizations such as the OSCE, ASEAN and the EU is developing. The regional representation of these structures in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine implements a number of measures to ensure the territorial integrity of the country. The study of the modern model of diplomacy in relation to international institutions leads to the conclusion that in the XXI century the issue of strengthening the interaction of international and regional organizations in a new format is relevant. This will increase the image of countries in relations at the highest and highest level on the world stage.

Abstract: The article examines the factors and consequences of China's foreign trade in terms of foreign economic openness. It is substantiated that the implementation of the policy of foreign economic openness involves the transfer of the center of gravity from trade in goods to trade in services, closer ties of foreign economic activity with scientific and technological innovations, improving the protection of intellectual property. At the same time, the process of transforming the model of economic growth in China means shifting the attention of government agencies to investment and exports, which previously occupied a leading position, to domestic consumption and innovation. The main factors that contributed to China's gradual rise to the position of "world factory" and its status as a world leader in foreign trade were cheap labor, providing broad benefits to foreign capital, gradually reducing tariff tariffs and easing non-tariff bars for goods from China on the world market after its accession to the WTO, the development of production and export of constantly updated and increasingly technically complex range of products, as well as the rapid increase in the number of foreign eco-nomic relations. It is concluded that, although the country faces the prospect of deteriorating external conditions for foreign economic activity, including the West's negative attitude to the "Made in China – 2025" program and the US-China trade confrontation, China is working on a strategy for further foreign economic development connections. The need to accelerate the transition to new factors in the development of foreign trade and improve its structure, create new comparative advantages in international competitiveness, the transition from rapid growth to quality growth is declared. To do this, the implementation of the course for "five improvements" or optimizations, which includes: the formation of a wider network of trading partners; improving the territorial distribution of foreign trade and investment activities in China itself; technical, institutional, managerial renewal of enterprises – subjects of foreign eco-nomic relations; optimization of the commodity structure of trade, development of products with high added value; improving existing and finding new ways of conducting trade, comprehensive development of trade in services and goods.

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is the basis of a functioning market economy, and it carries the necessary prerequisites for qualitative changes in the economic relations system and business entities' activities. The economic efficiency of the state and the prospects for its development largely depend on the efficiency of business activity. Under these conditions, the war in Ukraine was a significant destructive factor in the development of entrepreneurship, which determined the study's relevance. The study aims to determine the threats and prospects for the recovery of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine during the war and post-war period. The research is based on a survey conducted in August 2022 with the participation of top management managers of 1,284 Ukrainian enterprises. The study aimed to quantitatively assess threats and prospects for developing entrepreneurship in Ukraine. With the cluster analysis method, the peculiarities of entrepreneurship development in war conditions depend on geographical and branch affiliation. Based on the Granger causality test, the graphs method, and MICMAC analysis, the threats and prospects of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine are structured according to their dependence and influence criteria and determined that the fundamental threats to the development of entrepreneurship generated by others are the decrease in demand for products, the threat of physical destruction, the unpredictability of the economic situation, the lack of state support, the reduction in the solvency of consumers, unpredictable actions of the state, the outflow of qualified personnel. The perspective of the development of entrepreneurship is related to European integration, which promotes access to new sales markets, the expansion of international partnership relations, the development of human capital due to the development of entrepreneurial abilities of owners and managers, flexibility, and criticality of their thinking. The structuring of threats made it possible to determine the priority, preventive and reactive responses which will minimize their negative impact on business activity and the use of prospects – to get out of the crisis and ensure sustainable development in the future.

Abstract: The experience of European countries shows that the developed transport infrastructure, such as sufficient number of carriers, reliable communication routes, efficient logistics systems, contributes to the development of national economies and the improvement of the life quality. The development of the country’s transport and logistics system is influenced by the level of the development of international cooperation and indicators of the national economy development. Investments, scientific and technological developments in this area contribute to the implementation of the latest approaches to the operation and improvement of the transport and logistics complex. Regulation and support from the public sector contribute to the creation of a proper model of the functioning of this industry and counter monopolization at the national and international levels. The dynamics of modern integration processes is determined precisely by the level of the development of the transport component, owing to which global supply chains and commodity flows are formed. In 2021, the Ukrainian road freight transport market was at the stage of emerging from the crisis caused by the coronavirus disease. But the Russian-Ukrainian war has become a source of new risks for our country. Revival of the road freight transport market in the post-war period involves the restoration of business entities in the field of transportation on new technical and technological bases. The European integration vector of Ukraine’s development involves ensuring access to quality and ecologically safe transport services, which is impossible without digital transformational changes. In the conditions of the European integration of Ukraine, the issue of constant improvement of the legal basis in this area remains relevant. Domestic economic science should offer new options for the effective reconstruction of the entire economic complex in Ukraine.
