LH is mainly determined by wind‐driven flux, while SH is more sensitive to thermodynamic flux SST variability increases thermodynamic flux over active BSISO regions, but this is largely offset by wind‐driven flux SST variability supports convection over the western Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, and Bay of Bengal, and contributes BSISO propagation
